Aparat za kavu, kuhalo za vodu, štednjak na plin s dvije ploče za kuhanje, sušilica za kosu, glačalo i daska za glačanje, sat-TV, sef, bežični (free wi-fi) priključak na internet, klima uređaj, perilica za rublje
Na upit:
Dječji krevetić i stolica hranilica za bebu – 5 €/ dan
Pušenje u apartmanu nije dozvoljeno.
Kalendar popunjenosti i cjenik ispunjavaju vlasnici apartmana sami te postoji mogućnost da nisu uvijek ažurirani.
Cijena pokriva:
Najam smještaja, posteljinu, kuhinjske krpe, ručnike, wc papir samo na dolasku, tjedno mjenjanje posteljine, završno čišćenje, potrošnju struje, vode i plina u običajenom omjeru.
U navedene cijene uključene su turističke takse (prijava boravka te boravišna pristojba).
Dragi gosti, ukoliko će pri odlasku stan biti osobito prljav i neuredan, obraćunat ćemo naknadu od 50 eura.
U VII. i VIII. mjesecu izmjena gostiju vrši se isključivo subotom poštivajući vremena:

The availability calender and the prices are administered by the owner so it may happen that sometimes they are not updated.
The price includes:
Rent of the apartment, bed linen (changed weekly), dishcloth, towels, toilet paper on the day of arrival, final cleaning, average usage of water, electricity and gas.
The price includes all taxes (registration tax and tourist tax).
Dear guests, should upon your departure the apartment be particularly dirty and untidy, we will have to charge you 30 Euro.
In July and August you can check in and check out only on Saturday, respecting the times given:

In der Ferienwohnung ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet.
Der Belegungsplan und die Preise werden direkt vom Besitzer bestimmt und ausgefüllt und deswegen ist es möglich, dass sie nicht immer aktualisiert sind.
Im Preis inbegriffen:
Unterkunftsmiete, Bettwäsche, Küchentücher, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier am Ankunftstag, wöchentlich saubere Bettwäsche, Endreinigung, Strom-, Wasser- und Gasverbrauch im gewöhnlichen Maß.
In den gegebenen Preisen sind alle touristischen Taxen (Anmeldungsgebühr und Kurtaxe) inbegriffen.
Liebe Gäste, sollte bei der Abreise die Ferienwohnung besonders schmutzig und durcheinander sein, wird ein Zuschlag von 30 Euro angerechnet.
Im Juli und August darf der An- und Abreisetag ausschließlich Samstag sein.

Su richiesta:
Lettino e seggiolino per bebè – 5 €/ giorno
Nell’appartamento non è permesso fumare.
Il calendario della disponibilità e i prezzi vengono amministrati dal proprietario ed esiste quindi la possibilità che qualche volta non siano aggiornati.
Il prezzo comprende:
Affitto dell’appartamento, biancheria da letto (cambiata settimanalmente), strofinacci per la cucina, asciugamani, carta igienica il giorno dell’arrivo, pulizie finali, consumo di acqua, luce e gas in misure consuete.
I prezzi comprendono anche le tasse turistiche (tassa di registrazione e tassa di soggiorno).
Gentili ospiti, qualora alla partenza l’appartamento sia particolarmente sporco e disordinato, saremo costretti a richiedervi un supplemento di 30 euro.
A luglio e agosto l’arrivo e la partenza possono essere soltanto il sabato, rispettando i seguenti orari:
